Ethical Use of Yveo Technologies

Updated: June 17, 2026

1. General principles

Yveo is created for adult users and is intended exclusively for creating and viewing digital content for personal and private purposes.

We support the fundamental values of creative freedom, freedom of expression and responsible use of modern technologies. We believe that artificial intelligence, like any other digital creative tool, can benefit society when used reasonably and ethically.

Modern neural networks can create high-quality visual content that may look realistic in some cases. For this reason, we believe that the development of such technologies must be accompanied by a high degree of personal responsibility from every user.

Any tool can be used for good or for harm. Graphic editors, photo editors and video editors make it possible to create almost any content, but responsibility always lies not with the technology itself, but with the person who decides how to use it. We follow the same principle for artificial intelligence technologies.

2. Prohibition on using images of real people

Yveo strictly prohibits creating, distributing or publishing materials intended to discredit, blackmail, harass, humiliate, mislead or harm other people.

We do not support creating deepfakes, using photos of real people without their consent, or distributing such materials in public sources.

The user undertakes not to use the service to create content that may violate third-party rights, damage someone's reputation or create a false impression of real people.

3. Content created by artificial intelligence

It is important to understand that images and videos created by a neural network are the result of artificial intelligence generation and are not a documentary representation of reality.

Even when generation uses a photo or image of a person as source material, the final result is new synthetic content created by artificial intelligence algorithms.

For this reason, any claims that generated material is an authentic depiction of a real person are misleading and contradict the principles of responsible use of the service.

We strictly do not support publishing or distributing materials accompanied by false claims that they reflect real events, actions or images of specific people.

4. Protection of minors

Yveo maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors.

To prevent abuse, the service uses automated mechanisms to detect and block potentially prohibited content. If signs indicate that an image may contain minors, processing of that material may be automatically rejected.

However, no technology can guarantee one hundred percent accuracy in determining age from an image. Therefore, the user must independently ensure that uploaded materials relate exclusively to adults.

5. Private nature of use

Yveo is created for users who want to visualize their own ideas, images and fantasies in a private space.

We assume that created content is intended for personal use and must not be used to mislead other people, publicly discredit them, harass them, blackmail them or engage in other forms of abuse.

Users are independently responsible for how they use the content they create, including its storage, publication and distribution, in accordance with the laws of their country and applicable legal rules.

Violation of these principles may lead to restricted access to the service, account deletion and other measures provided by applicable law.
