Refund Policy
1.Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only for unused Virtual Generations. A refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2.Non-Refundable Cases
Virtual Generations that have been partially or fully used are non-refundable.
Refunds are also not available in cases of violation of the Terms of Use.
3.How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, the User must contact Support via the Service interface and provide:
- payment date
- amount paid
- transaction or payment identifier
4.Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 14 business days.
If approved, refunds are issued using the original payment method where technically possible.
5.Fees
Payment system or banking fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
