yVeo AI is an AI service for image generation and editing governed by Terms of Use that outline user responsibilities and service conditions. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes. The service operates using virtual currency called Virtual Generations, which are not financial instruments. Users are prohibited from uploading unauthorized content, including that involving minors, or engaging in malicious activities. Input data is not stored beyond active sessions. The service is provided "as is," and the administration limits liability for technical issues and third-party actions. Payments are made in advance, and disputes are to be resolved amicably within 30 days. Users must contact support for inquiries.
1.General Provisions
1.1.These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the user (the "User") and the administration of the yVeo AI service (the "Administration") arising from the use of the functionality provided through the web interface and other available channels.
1.2.By using yVeo AI (the "Service"), the User confirms that they have read and fully accepted these Terms. If the User does not agree with any provision of the Terms, they must immediately stop using the Service.
1.3.The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend or supplement these Terms. The updated version shall enter into force upon publication, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2.Description of the Service
2.1.YouVeo AI is a software solution that provides image generation, processing, and editing services using artificial intelligence technologies.
2.2.Access to the Service may be provided on a free and/or paid basis, depending on the scope and nature of the available functionality.
2.3.The Service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by individuals.
3.Access to Functionality
3.1.Certain features of the Service, including access to advanced functionality, may require the purchase of paid tools or other paid access.
3.2.Internal settlements within the Service are carried out using a special virtual unit — Virtual Generations, purchased by the User for monetary consideration. The terms of purchase, use, refund, and deduction of Virtual Generations are governed by these Terms and may be further described in the Service interface.
Virtual Generations are not a financial instrument and have no monetary value outside the Service.
3.3.Account registration is not mandatory unless it is explicitly required to provide certain services or access specific features.
4.Usage Restrictions
4.1.The User is prohibited from:
a) Uploading, transmitting, or using images or other content that includes:
- images of third parties without their explicit, verifiable consent;
- images of minors (under 18 years of age) without the consent of their legal representatives, as well as any sexual, exploitative, or degrading material involving minors.
b) Performing actions aimed at:
- unauthorized access to the Service's code, infrastructure, data, or functionality;
- interfering with, hacking, modifying, or otherwise disrupting the operation or stability of the Service.
c) Using the Service to create, distribute, or store content containing:
- sexual violence, incest, bestiality, rape, or other forms of abuse;
- promotion of terrorism, hatred, or discrimination;
- fraud, harassment, or psychological manipulation of others.
d) Violating digital and network ethics, including but not limited to:
- spam or mass messaging;
- DDoS attacks, flooding, mail bombing, packet spoofing, traffic interception, or other malicious activities.
e) Distributing or using content generated through the Service in violation of applicable license terms, where required by law.
f) Any other actions that violate the laws of the User's country of residence or applicable international law.
4.2.In case of violation of these Terms, the Administration reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the User's access to the Service without prior notice.
5.Input Data and Confidentiality
5.1.All information transmitted by the User while using the Service (including text prompts, images, and other data; the "Input Data") is processed solely within an active user session and is not retained after its completion.
5.2.Except where technically required for processing, security, or legal compliance, the Administration does not store Input Data after completion of the user session.
5.3.Upon completion of the session, the data is automatically deleted, including from the local web browser cache.
5.4.The Administration does not perform long-term or archival storage of Input Data and does not use it for analysis, reprocessing, model training, or any other purposes.
6.Limitation of Liability
6.1.The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
6.2.The Administration shall not be liable for:
- a) damages arising from the use of the Service;
- b) actions of third parties (including telecom operators and payment providers);
- c) data loss or technical failures, including issues related to Telegram, browsers, or the User's device.
6.3.The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Administration and/or third parties from losses resulting from violations of these Terms.
7.Payments
7.1.The User may purchase Virtual Generations granting access to paid features of the Service.
7.2.The cost of Virtual Generations is determined by the Administration and may be changed without prior notice. All payments are made on a 100% prepayment basis.
7.3.Fees and charges imposed by payment systems or banks are not included and are borne by the User.
7.4.Payments may be made using bank cards, cryptocurrencies, or other methods available in the payment interface.
7.5.The User confirms the accuracy of the provided payment information. The Administration is not responsible for errors in payment details or unauthorized payment methods.
8.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1.These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction determined by the Administration, taking into account the region of service provision.
8.2.All disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiations within 30 calendar days.
